Return Policy

 

At GAC FRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., we are committed to delivering the highest quality products. Because many of our items are fresh produce and perishable goods, our return and refund policy is structured to ensure food safety and quality control.

1. Perishable Goods (Fresh Fruit, Purees, and Juices)
Due to the perishable nature of fresh Gac fruit and related fresh products, we do not accept returns on these items. However, if your perishable items arrive damaged, spoiled, or if you received the incorrect item, we are here to help.

Reporting an Issue: You must contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.

Proof Required: Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item, as well as the packaging.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a replacement of the same item or issue a refund to your original method of payment.

2. Non-Perishable Goods (Supplements, Seeds, Merchandise)
For non-perishable items, we accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning non-perishable items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected (or your photo proof of damaged goods is verified), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank’s processing time.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
